| Multiple Engineering Openings GENTEC, a USA Corporation, is a leading global manufacturing and distribution firm of gas pressure control components, systems, and equipment with manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, China. We are seeking the following employees for our Shanghai office. Director of Engineering The ideal individual will have strong Mechanical Engineering background with knowledge of Metallurgy, Machining Processes and R&D Procedures. At least 4 years management experience is a must. This employee must be able to lead and train R&D engineers, and to execute job functions with limited supervision. Knowledge of gas control components, systems and equipment is a plus. Requirements Able to live and work in Shanghai, China. University degree with 5 years engineering experience. Previous management experience of a large R&D group. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. International background or work experience a plus. Research Engineer The ideal individual will have a Mechanical Engineering background with Graduate Degrees plus academic or industrial research experience. Knowledge of R&D process is a must. This employee will also work closely with QC and manufacturing departments for product improvement. Knowledge of Metallurgy and Manufacturing Processes is a plus.
