Job Description:
| Fast Growing Trading Company with the following exciting opportunities:1. Account Executive/Sales Representative: Closing Inside and Outside Sales; providing prospect customers competitive quotation; Telemarketing and Telesales; Maintain Customers Account & Very well-rounded with the Trucking Industry.2. Dispatcher: Responsible for ensuring that freight is picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Working with a computerized dispatch system, coordinate outbound delivery paperwork, monitors and update the current dispatch information, and answer phone calls.3. Inventory Specialist: Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. MUST be PROFICIENT with EXCEL.4. Accounting Supervisor: Supervise month-end close process; Review journal entries and financial statements; Train accounting and credit staff; Assist Manger in managing accounting department and operations.5. Customer Service Representative: Maintaining Customer Accounts; Answer inbound and outbound calls6. Marketing Assistant: Assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects in sales and customer service.7. Part-Time Janitor/House-Keeper: Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
